I believe it is a privilege for my two children to be working with Gail Schack at Jager Models. Gail has been developing and guiding their growth and development in the last two years. I have observed that Gail really cares about her people if you treat her with professionalism and respect. She has paid close attention to my kids, is generous and flexible in accommodating our needs. That said, I know she treats her people fairly and respectfully.
